Boasberg granted an emergency order Saturday to temporarily block the flights from taking place for 14 days while the court considered the legality of using the 1798 wartime-era Alien Enemies Act. Republicans claim absolute outrage, complete disbelief that a Federal Judge would believe they could stop the President’s actions. Even calling for the removal of a”Radical Left Lunatic” have been raised.
Where was this outrage when Federal Judges blocked several of Biden’s EOs? Regardless of the subject matter of the order, which is irrelevant, the interference of the President’s order remains the same. To feign such an unthinkable injustice while being complicit of the same action is extremely dishonest and unacceptable.
